Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 24 hours and delivery confirmed by way of courier service.

4. RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY:
The provision of goods and services by Gravel Junction Wine and Spirits is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Gravel Junction Wine and Spirits will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% administration fee. With regards to damaged goods Gravel Junction Wine and Spirits will replace the damaged goods free of charge provided this is noted at time of delivery.

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express credit cards or by bank transfer into the Gravel Junction Winer and Spirits bank account, the details of which will be provided on request

Credit card transactions will be acquired for Gravel Junction Wine and Spirits via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for ABSA Bank of South Africa. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. 8. CUSTOMER DETAILS SEPARATE FROM CARD DETAILS:

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
